Imagine having a mother like Goldie Wireman. :) She thought everything could be solved with love, hard work, a whole lot of faith and diligent, fervent prayer. And, she was right. She taught us at a young age that God was there for us, just for the asking. She had a simple childlike faith but a strong-as-iron devotion to her God and creator. Her unwavering faith allowed her to live 80 years without depending on medication or doctors. It was more than just not trusting the medical world, it was that she had a complete trust in God. And He proved Himself true over and over again.

Although our Dad was the minister, she was the one who read the Bible to us. She was the one who instilled in us the seriousness of serving the Lord. They both had hands that reached out to others both physically and spiritually. They gained the trust and the love of people everywhere, no matter their status in life or level of spiritual growth. They were a beautiful couple having one goal in life; That was to be good and faithful servants; to feed the hungry, reach out to the poor, comfort the broken-hearted and to give joy instead of sadness and hope to a hopeless generation. Their light and love are still being felt today and we are being blessed because of them.

Thank you everyone for the abounding love, kind words and heartfelt comfort you have given us during this time. She has graduated to a higher calling. We are sad to let her go, but at the same time, we are full of joy that she has reached her final, ultimate great reward. May God bless you and thank you for your prayers. We love you all.

So sorry to hear about Goldie. I hope she is in heaven today playing a tune with David and my dad (Jake). Death is a bitter sweet, our hearts are so broken when death happens but we have to remember someday we can join them and Goldie I'm sure is happy this morning. She has waited a long time to join her soul mate (David). God Bless the Family!

I will always remember Goldie as the Godly woman she was. When ever I thought of the Idea of what is a Christian woman she would be that person. Always Kind with a smile even when she wasn't feeling well. She is one of the few I have known for their Loyalty and Dedication to their Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ ( Yeshua the Messiah). Peace and Comfort to the Family.

I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother,
and found great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 -
"The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away
the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4, we find God's
promise to remove both pain and death. For more comfort, I turn to

I'm so sorry to hear of Goldie's passing. She and Pastor David used to faithfully pick me and my sister up for Sunday School every week. They gave me the opportunity to know what the love of Jesus was for the first time and I've never forgotten. My family really loved them both, so my condolences are from them too. God bless, Paula, Leonard and Juanita Jessie
