April D. Puckett

April D. Puckett age 61 resident of Shiloh, died unexpectedly, Saturday evening December 9, 2017. 

Born April 1, 1956 in Greenwich to Dale and Donna (Doerrer) Ellis, she had been a lifelong Shiloh resident. A graduate of Greenwich High School, April had retired in 2001 from L & A Trucking, a company she and her husband owned and operated.  She was a member of the Shelby Legion, VFW and for the last 15 years, ran the Shelby Ladies of the Moose Lodge.

April enjoyed riding her motorcycle, spending time with her friends and camping with her husband. 

She is survived by her husband, Loren Puckett, whom she wed June 25, 1982; daughter, Tassy Jarrett and son, Joshua Puckett; 7 grandchildren, Dalton, Tyler, Kyle, London, Jillian, Brien and Summer and Brother Tom Ellis.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Krista Sheller.

A celebration of April's life will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Shelby Moose Lodge at 102 N. Gamble St. Shelby, Ohio 44875.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ladies of the Moose at 102 N. Gamble St. (Rear) Shelby, Ohio 48875
