Clifford Blevins

Clifford Blevins, age 90, resident of Shelby died Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby.

Born May 2, 1927 to John and Zera (Reeder) Blevins in Olive Hill, Kentucky, he has been a Shelby resident since the 1990's.

Clifford was a family man and cherished the time he spent with them.

He is survived by his wife, Imolee (Reed) Blevins of Shelby whom he married September 6, 2003, step-children Brenda (Bob) Putnam, of Shelby; and Judy (Will) Wagoner of Kings Mountain, NC; two brothers, Rondell (Diane) Blevins of Hale, MI, Franklin (Donna) Blevins of Crestline; two sisters, Sabra White of Shelby, and Doris (Bill) Griffitts of Shelby. five step grandchildren; and 7 step great grandchildren. 

In addition to his parents Clifford was preceded in death by his four sisters; Hildreth Binion, Pauline Rose, Marie Rose, and Avanell Butts; one brother Bob Blevins; one 1/2 brother Lantford Blevins; two 1/2 sisters, Annie Hall and Nora Reeder

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday March 28, 2018 at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby. Rev. David Blevins will officiate with interment held in Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven.
