Susie Ellen Stephens

Susie Ellen Stephens, age 79, of Plymouth died Saturday morning March 31, 2018 at Ohio Health Hospital Shelby.

Born January 2, 1939 to James and Nancy (Stamper) Harvey in Devil's Fork, KY. she had resided in N. Fairfield for forty years and was a Plymouth resident since 2003. She was formerly employed with Pioneer Rubber Co. and was a homemaker. She was a member of  the Church of God in Jesus Name in Plymouth. 

Susie enjoyed traveling, gardening, cooking, singing and playing music. 

She is survived by one daughter, Charlotte (Rodney) Clark of  Galion; sons, David (Marie) Stephens of Plymouth, Michael (Nancy) Stephens of Shiloh, Ronald (Kim) Stephens of Plymouth, Robert (Susie) Stephens of Shelby and Larry Stephens of Lucas, 17 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, nieces nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David Stephens in 2002 and sister, Delma Winkelman

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday April 4, 2018 at the Church of God in Jesus Name, 4728 Mills Rd. Plymouth, Ohio 44865. Pastor Ryan Tackett and Pastor David Montgomery will officiate with interment in  Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday  from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Memorial expressions may be made to the Church of God in Jesus Name . Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
