Alice Webb Obituary Alice K. Webb age 70, resident of Shelby died November 20, 2021 at Ohio Health Shelby. Born November 18, 1951 in Mansfield, OH to Ross K. and Grace I. (Caughtery) Lougman, Sr. she had been a Shelby resident for the majority of her life. A 1970 graduate of Shelby High School she had been a 32 year employee of Carton Service retiring in 2010. Alice enjoyed walking, collecting owl and OSU memorabilia and frequenting garage sales. She loved 'spoiling' her Havanese dog 'Snookie' and attending her girls monthly lunches. Survivors include her husband Larry Ray Webb whom she married March 14, 1970; her daughter Bobbi Lynay (John) Stout of Shelby; her grandson Keith Edmond Combs; one sister Linda Louise Miller of Shelby, OH; one brother Ross Kelser Loughman, Jr. of Shelby; one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Ross Kelser Loughman, Sr. on December 11, 2009, and her mother Grace Loughman on August 24, 2019. Services will not be observed.
