Billy Hubbard Obituary Billy Hubbard age 86, died Monday, December 5, 2022, at his home in Shelby. He was born January 12, 1936, to Arnold and Magnora (Miller) Hubbard in Honaker, Virginia. Billy was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and had served during the Korean conflict. Billy had worked as a press operator at Miami Systems for numerous years before his retirement in 2000. A member of the American Legion O'Brian post #326 he enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family at cookouts. Billy is survived by his two sons, Billy 'Joe' (Jackie) Hubbard of Mogadore, OH and Michael 'Mickey' (Lisa) Hubbard of Shelby; four grandchildren Shannon (Brandon) Ossmann of Gainsville, FL, Jeannee Hubbard of Akron, Cassandra (Teddy) Klimczynski of Del City Oklahoma, Cheyenne (John) Goodwin of Columbus; seven great grandchildren; one sister Betty Shepard of Honaker, VA, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by five sisters, Virginia Whited, Sadie Street, Ann Marcolina, Mary Brewer, and Myrtle Meyers; and three brothers, Jack, Jerry and Jim Hubbard. Per Billy's wishes, services will not be observed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
