Charles Osborne Obituary Charles Osborne, age 80, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Born November 30, 1941, in Mansfield, OH. He was an avid outdoorsman's; fishing and hunting were some of his favorite past times. But, most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was an amazing son, brother, husband, father, grandpa, great-grandpa, and uncle. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
