Charlotte Clark Obituary Charlotte Yvonne Clark, age 61, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 22, 2020 at the Avita E.R in Ontario. Born on June 1, 1957 in Willard to David and Susie Ellen (Harvey) Stephens, she was a Galion resident for the majority of her adult life. A 1976 graduate of Galion High School and Pioneer Joint Vocational School, she was employed as an insurance agent for Hugh Place Industries, Midland Industries and also worked at the Life Touch Church Directories. Charlotte was an avid member of the Living Community Church in Willard and enjoyed shopping, fishing, camping, going to flea markets and auctions. Most importantly she adored spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children Jody (Scott) Montgomery of Plymouth and Frank (Erin) Ivy of Galion; grandchildren, Wyatt, Lukas and Camryn Montgomery, Alexis (Alex) Kasson and Jaden Ivy; great-grandchild Silas Kasson; siblings, David (Marie) Stephens of Plymouth, Michael (Nancy) Stephens of Shiloh; Ronald (Kim) Stephens of Celeryville; Robert (Susie) Stephens of Shelby and Larry Stephens of Mansfield; special niece whom she raised, Christina Whittington of Plymouth; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives She was preceded in death by her loving parents. Friends may call at the Living Community Church Tuesday, May 26, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the church Wednesday at 11:00 AM officiated by Pastor Dave Montgomery. Interment will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out to the Living Community Church at 631 S Main St, Willard, OH 44890.
