Deborah Eshelman Obituary Deborah Lynn Eshelman, age 63, resident of Shelby passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, April 27, 2023 following a brief illness. Born July 7, 1959 in Willard to Richard and Margaret (Lofland) Pennell, she had been a Shelby resident for the last 41 years. Deborah worked as a package handler at Pepperidge Farm. Deborah attended the Richland Church-The Brethren. She enjoyed taking care of horses, especially and Percheron Draft breeds. She is survived by her mother, Margaret; loving husband, Mark Albert Eshelman, whom she wed in July of 1982; children, Randi (Brian) Dorion of Butler, and Mindy (Zachary) Tuttle of Shelby; four grandchildren, Savannah and Devin Dorion, Madilynn and Charlotte Tuttle; and brother, Dean Pennell of North Robertson. Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Richard. Visitation will be held Monday, May 1, 2023 from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby. A funeral service will immediately follow with Pastor Jim Frado officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richland Church-The Brethren at 786 Linn Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44903.
