Deborah Smarr Obituary Deborah Jean Smarr, age 66, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021, at OhioHealth Mansfield. Born July 6, 1955, in Shelby to Ray and Christine (Wallace) Frisbee in Shelby. She attended Plymouth High School and did complete some college classes. Deb was a homemaker, who loved caring for her family. Her hobbies included crocheting, baking and cooking for her grandkids, and playing cards. She loved to entertain and liked to get friends and family together for gatherings and parties. Survivors include her children Richard Winegardner of Plymouth, Amber Winegardner of California, and Miranda (Jeffrey) Winters of Sunbury; 12 grandchildren Daniel, David, Daniell, Thomas, Lilly, Jaden all Winegardner, Ceaira Mays, Rickie Winegardner, Hayden Mays, Matthew Mays, Cohen and Jeffrey III both Winters; two great-grandchildren; sister Shelly Lacy of Willard; and other relatives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her adopted father Richard Cole, and brothers David and Jimmy Cole.
