Dorothy Swank Obituary Dorothy M. Swank, age 48, died Saturday, January 29, 2022, at St. Anne, Toledo, OH surrounding by her loving family. Born August 8, 1973, in Shelby to Arlen and Delta G. (Salyers) Blankenship. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School, class of 1991. She has been a Shiloh resident most of her life. She worked for ODOT handling road maintenance for Ashland County. She loved doing arts and crafts, but, most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Jason Swank, whom she wed on November 6, 2015; father, Arlen Blankenship; four children, Jason Swank II, Lexus Swank, Cheyenne Swank, Jacob Swank all of Shiloh, OH; stepdaughter, Brittanie Bigler of Shelby, OH; three brothers, Chris (Mindy) Blankenship of Milton, PA, Chad (Melissa) Blankenship of Shiloh, OH, and James (Brooklyn) Blankenship of New London, OH; mother-in-law, Penny Mosley; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her mother, Delta G. Blankenship and brother Arlen Blankenship Jr. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the Shelby Church of God.
