George Tschanen Obituary George Michael Tschanen, age 67 of Shelby, passed away Tuesday evening, May 7, 2024 at his home following a brief illness. Born June 1, 1956 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, to the late John Tschanen and Katherine Bowers (Hessey), he had been a Shelby resident for 25 years. A Veteran of the United States Army, George worked as a tool and die maker. Survivors include his daughter Tchyanne (Eric) Bucklew and brother Steve (Janice) Tschanen both of Tiffin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Tschanen in 2023. No services will be held at this time.
