Jim Bricker Obituary Jim R. Bricker, resident of Shelby died Thursday, February 22, 2024, in the Arbors at Mifflin Nursing Facility. Born October 6, 1935, in Mansfield to S. Reymer and Ruth (Roberts) Bricker he had been a Shelby resident since 1938. A 1953 graduate of Shelby High School he served in the US Navy. Jim was a machinist by trade. He was owner-operator of Bricker-Mott, Mfg. and J & M Machine. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Penn-Ohio Model 'A' Club and the Car Coddlers. He enjoyed socializing and playing cards with friends. Survivors include his children, Amy (Dennis) Sindel of Gails Ferry, Conn., Sarah (Mark) Rambacher of Littleton, Mass., and James (Mandy) Bricker of Shelby; 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; his step-children, Richard Turner of Crestline, Diana (Mike) Miller of Shelby, Gregory (Norma) Turner of Riverside, CA, and Kimberly Turner of Shelby; one brother, Jeff (Sandra) Bricker of NY, one sister, Maryann Theiss of Columbus; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Myrna Bricker in 2020, and one brother Jack Bricker. As per Jim's wishes, funeral services and calling hours will not be observed. Burial will take place in Greenlawn Cemetery, Plymouth.
