John Hatch Obituary John Frederick Hatch, age 82, of Worthington, passed away surrounded by friends on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Mt. Carmel St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville, Ohio. John was born on May 18,1942 to the late Ralph Frederick and Allene Sue "Billie" (Perry) Hatch. He was a member of the final graduating class of Tiro High School in 1960. Throughout his life he lived in Golden, Colorado and Schaumburg, Illinois before settling in Columbus. He served our country as an active-duty member of The United States Army National Guard. After graduation he began his career in human resources and later became an information technician for Sybase and Avit Labs. He was a Client Services Manager at Information Control Corporation and retired from Advantages Resources Group. His love for Ohio sports ran deep as he could always be found watching the Browns every Sunday despite the highs and lows, or catching a Cavs game, cheering on the Indians and his beloved Buckeyes especially anytime they beat that TTUN. John enjoyed playing football, baseball and basketball in his youth. He also enjoyed reading and going camping. Later in life you could find him on the golf course where he was known for his sense of fashion which was often better than his game. John is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline "Jackie" Hatch of Orlando Florida, his brother Randy Joe (Annette) Hatch of Deltona, Florida; his sisters-in-law: Kathy Hatch and Cheryl Hatch; his nieces, nephews, cousins and his many close friends who referred to him as "El Presidente".
