Joyce Ann Williams, age 70 of Shelby, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 after battling brain cancer for the last 6 months.

Born on January 19, 1955 to the late Edward and Harriet (Ritchey) Godfrey in Bedford, Pennsylvania. For 12 years, she worked for IPC (Industrial Powder Coating) Company in Norwalk, where she lived most of her life.

Joyce attended the First Baptist Church in Norwalk, Ohio and enjoyed cooking, doing crafts, watching movies and going on long walks.

She is survived by her children, Charles Wireman, Betsy Webb, Chelsea Correll, Sally Wireman, Brock and Ty; eight grandchildren: James, Alexis, Hailey, Paige, Grace, Faith, Tristan and Abby; many great grandchildren; her siblings: Martha Fritz, Linda Stroder, Ellen Godfrey, Barbara Hall and Edward Godfrey; her close and dear friend, Melissa (Michael) Blody; her "fur child", Buttercup; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents.

Per Joyce's request, no services will be observed.
