Juanita Drake Obituary Juanita Drake, age 79, resident of Mansfield, died Thursday, June 9, 2022, at home. Born June 3, 1943, in Vanceburg, KY to Altie and Eulah (Perkins) Bowman. She had been a lifelong area resident. She was employed with Therm-O-Disc and was a proud homemaker. Juanita was dedicated to her family, and they were her pride and joy. She is survived by her two children Tonya Mace and Timothy Drake; grandchildren Desiree (Collin) Barkdull and Noah Drake all of Mansfield; great-grandchildren Teagan and Corbin Barkdull; sister, Brenda Ramey; brother, Douglas Bowman; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Jesse Drake; grandson, Brandon Drake; brother, Donald Bowman; three sisters, Deborah Stidam, Charlotte Underwood, Sue Licht; brother-in-law, Gene Underwood; son-in-law, Richard Mace; daughter-in-law, Kathleen Drake. Friends may visit at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby, Monday, June 13, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral services will immediately follow at the funeral home at 12:00 PM.
