Karen L. Wright age 62, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Ohio Health in Mansfield. Born August 22, 1953 in Shelby to Billy and Ruth (Willet) Wright, she had been a Shelby resident for the majority of her life. Karen had served in the US Army for three years before entering the Navy for four years. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, the VFW, Car Coddlers of Ohio. Karen enjoyed reading, watching movies, attending tractor pulls at fairs, going for drives, and most of all spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Ken (Lora) Wright of Shelby and her life partner Tonia Docter. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
