Kay C. Van Wagner, age 78, resident of Plymouth died Sunday August 9, 2015 in Hospice House in Ashland following a brief illness. Born February 23, 1937 in Newark, Ohio to Franklin C. and Mary R. (Wilson) Shaw she had been a Plymouth resident for many years. She was a 1955 graduate of Newark High School and retired from Shelby Business forms. She is survived by her husband Thomas J. Van Wagner; two daughters and one son-in-law Cathy White and Carol (Andy) Lambert; one granddaughter; two great grandchildren; her twin sister Barbara Hinkle; one niece, two nephews and other relatives. Private graveside services will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven, Ohio. Barkdull Funeral Home and Crematory in Shelby is assisting the family with arrangements.
