Larry Webb Obituary Larry R. Webb, age 75, resident of Shelby passed away on Monday, September 16,2024 at The Arbors of Mifflin of Mansfield, Ohio. He was born on June 25, 1949, in Shelby to Doug Taylor, Sr. and June Webb, he was a lifelong Shelby resident. On March 14, 1970, he married Alice Loughman, who was "his whole world". They were married for 51 years before her passing. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he had served during Vietnam War. Larry was employed with Miami Systems for 37 years before his retirement in 2005. He will truly be missed by family and friends. Larry enjoyed cars, motorcycles, hunting, fishing, golf and taking care of his four-legged daughter, 'Snookie'. He especially enjoyed the time he spent with his family and friends. Those who will cherish his memories include his daughter, Bobbi Lynay Webb of Shelby; one grandson, Keith Edmond Combs; his mother, June Webb of Shelby; his two stepbrothers, Charles and Richard Hall; his stepsister, Dottie Zakro of Bucyrus; his half-brother, Darrell Hall of Shelby; his two half-brothers and four half-sisters, all of Oklahoma. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice K. (Loughman) Webb, in 2021; stepfather; Charley C. Hall and two stepsisters. In place of flowers, the family has requested for assistance in Larry's funeral expenses by giving donations in care of the Barkdull Funeral Home, 33 N. Gamble Street, Shelby, Ohio 44875.
