Mark Eshelman Obituary Mark Albert Eshelman, age 63, resident of Shelby passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 following a four year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on January 10, 1961 in Shelby to George and Gladys Jane (Morris) Eshelman, he had been a lifetime Shelby resident. Mark loved farming, taking care of draft horses and ponies and fabricating metal to 'make things better '. Those who will cherish his memories include his mother, Gladys Jane Eshelman; his children, Randi (Brian) Dorion of Butler, and Mindy (Zac) Tuttle of Shelby; four grandchildren, Savannah and Devin Dorion, Madilynn and Charlotte Tuttle; and sister Julie (Joe) Heichelbech of Shelby, Ohio. Mark was preceded in death by his father, George Eshelman and his wife, Deborah Eshelman, whom he married on July 17, 1982 in Plymouth, Ohio. Friends and family may come to honor his life on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 4pm to 6pm at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby. A memorial service will immediately follow with Pastor Jim Frado officiating.
