Pauline Mosley, age 70, of Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.

Pauline was born on November 3, 1955, in Shelby to the late Francis and Mary (Myers) Britton. For her career, she worked at MedCentral in Shelby for 38 years, starting in 1972 until she retired as Director of Housekeeping in April of 2011.

Pauline found much joy in collecting anything with strawberries, even becoming affectionately known as "Grandma Strawberry" to her grandchildren. She loved vacationing with her husband in Florida, where she loved long walks on the beach to watch the sunrise. She also loved her "fur babies".

Those who will cherish her memories include her husband, James Mosley, whom she married on June 30, 1975; children, Shannon (Melissa) Mosley of Shelby, Sharon (David) Such of Lexington, Ohio, James (Jaclyn) Mosley of Nova, Ohio, and Renè (David) Fox of Shelby; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; her sister, Irene Fluharty of Shelby; and many other relatives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mike.

Friends and family may come to honor her life at Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025, with a funeral service to immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Reverend Nathan R. McBeth officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given in her memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
