Ralph 'Fred' Dean, Jr. Obituary Ralph 'Fred' Dean, Jr. age 81, resident of Tiro died Saturday evening, at his home in Tiro, with his loving wife by his bedside. Born October 22, 1940 in Bucyrus to Ralph and Lucille (Huffines) Dean, Sr., he had been a life long Tiro resident. A 1958 graduate of Tiro High School, Fred had been employed with the Ohio Steel Tube for 44 years before his retirement. A member of the Willard Church of God, he was an avid outdoorsman. Fred enjoyed hunting, trapping, fishing and arrowhead hunting. He is survived by his wife Jean (Wilson) Dean, whom he wed November 29, 2008; children Lynette (Jason) Tomci of Akron, Kurt (Maritess) Dean of Mansfield, Jessica (Paul) Winans of Mansfield, Jennette (Michael) Clouse of Rutherglen, VA and Jeremiah (Molly) Whittington of Iberia, OH; four grandchildren, David, Jonathan, Lila and Jase; and one brother Charles (Donna) Dean of Crestline as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents.
