Ramona Pennell Obituary Ramona M. Pennell, 92, of Shiloh, Ohio fell asleep in death on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Brethren Care Village, Ashland, Ohio. She was born on August 8, 1928 to the late Joseph William and Lizzie Catherine (Moomaw) Ryman.
Ramona was a farmers wife for 48 years, loved crocheting, and rode motorcycle, gardening, loved the farm and driving a tractor. Ramona and Robert loved to go to tractor and gas engine shows, especially the tri state gas engine and tractor show in Portland, Indiana. They loved taking trips with their camper. She was baptized as one of Jehovahs Witnesses on July 1, 1951. She loved Jehovah and she shared her beliefs with others.
She is survived by her 2 children: Charles (Marilyn) Pennell, Barbara (Richard) Adams; grand-children Charles (Tessa) Pennell, Jarrid (April) Pennell, Craig (Sarah) Pennell, Richard (Lisa) Adams, Rachel (Dustin) Hamilton and 2 great-grandchildren; brother David (Pat) Ryman; sisters Mary Mock, Arlene Hill, Louise (Ralph) Wurm and Shirley Clawson and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years , Robert C. Pennell, by her brothers Raymond, Stan, and Elmer(Pete) Ryman; sisters Norma Evans, twin Iona Olson and Anna Mae Smith.
Private family graveside services will be held at a later date, at Mt. Hope Cemetery. An elder, David Kieffer will officiate.
