Ruth Finnegan Obituary It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart to announce the passing of Baby Ruth Anne Finnegan, Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital. Ruth spent only moments in the arms of her parents, Caulin P. and Nicole J. (Quinn) Finnegan, but her memory and the lasting impact of her presence left an imprint that will last in their hearts forever. Her memory will be cherished by her 15 month old, big sister, Harper Rae Finnegan; paternal grandparents Brian and Carol Finnegan of Shelby; maternal grandmother Martha Quinn of Mt. Vernon; her uncles and aunts, Connor, Dylan (Sierra) and Ian Finnegan, and Kaleb, Luci and Ilene Quinn, who were all eagerly awaiting her arrival. Ruth was welcomed with open arms in Heaven by her maternal grandfather, Patrick Quinn and uncle, Owen Quinn. A private family graveside service will be held at the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Catholic Church in Shelby with Father Jeffrey officiating.
