Todd Allen Obituary Todd Allen, age 59, resident of Shelby, died Monday, February 21, 2022. Born December 16, 1962, to Samuel Allen and Nancy (Gates) Bloom, Todd had been a lifelong Shelby resident. He was a 1981 graduate of Shelby High School. Todd will be remembered fondly by his friends and family as a fun-loving guy who always enjoyed social gatherings and parties. A lover of all things rock and roll and 80's music, he enjoyed going to concerts. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team. Todd also liked the outdoors, including fishing and arrowhead hunting. Survivors include his son Aaron Allen; brother Richard Allen of Minnesota; as well as many other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carmen G. Allen in 1957.
