Baby Aurora Paige Dodson

Baby Aurora Paige Dodson, age 6 months, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the Ohio Health Shelby Hospital E.R.

She was born on October 24, 2019 in Shelby to Hannah Studabaker and Jonathan Dodson Jr. Aurora was a happy girl, she was always, giggling and smiling. Her biggest joy was her parents, and lit up when she would see them.  She enjoyed trying different types of food and did not stay on baby food for long. Some of her favorite foods were potatoes, chocolate, chicken nuggets, and most recently had tried and loved her first sucker. Aurora loved blowing raspberries, playing with her mom's hoodie strings and a good nap. She enjoyed the little things, and brought so much joy and light into everyone's life.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents Pawpaw Dan and GIGI Stephanie Clouse of Lexington; paternal grandparents, Nana Janette Taylor of Clyde, OH and Paps Jonathan Dodson Sr. of Oak Harbor, OH; maternal great-grandparents Mitchel and Sheila Prater; paternal great-grandparents, Charles and Connie Taylor and Frank Carol Dodson; aunties, Bailie, Hailie, Kailie Prater, and Savannah Studabaker; Seara Dodson; as well as numerous other relatives who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her maternal cousin Tiffany Fessenden; paternal uncle Sean Taylor: maternal great-grandparents James and Doris Clouse.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 18, 2020 at 12:00PM, by pastor Rick Lewis at the Shelby Church of God.
