Baby Logan Cook Obituary
Logan Matthew Cook, infant son of Quinton Cook and Brittney Crain of Lexington died unexpectedly Thursday, February 14, 2019 in Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital.
In addition to his parents, Logan is survived by his maternal grandparents Robert and Barb Crain of Shelby, paternal grandparents James and Susan Chelski of Madison; his aunts and uncles, Cody Crain of Lexington, Bobby Crain, Courtney Crain of North Fairfield, Andrea Chelski of Wooster, James Chelski of Mansfield, Crystal Chelski of Ontario; great grandparents Maddi Dowell of Shelby, Esther Cook of Madison and Lola Chelski of Mansfield.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Robert and Susan Crain, Marlise Summers, Loka Papy, Conrad Cook; one great aunt Marla Cook, and one great great grandmother Doris Joiner.
Services will not be observed. Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
