Judith Ann Keene

Judith Ann Keene, age 81, died Sunday morning, June 26, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 19, 1940 to William Robertson, Sr. and Jennie (Zadrovic) Robertson, she had been a life-long Shelby resident. A 1958 Shelby High School graduate she had worked as the head of the order department for the Shelby Business Forms. 

Judith was a member of the Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking and loved spending time with her family and loved ones, especially babysitting and helping care for her nieces and nephews. Judith and her husband loved camping in their trailer at Sleepy Hollow Trailer Park in Port Clinton. She helped start two euchre clubs which are still in effect after over 44 years. 

She is survived by two sisters, Joan Sexton, Catherine (Robert) Small; one brother William B (Chris) Robertson, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Corey (Shannon) Small, Stacy (Jim) Thomas, Stephanie Sexton, Stephen (Tasha) Sexton, Scott (Fiancé Janel) Sexton, Kevin Robertson, Dale (Diane) Robertson, and William B. (Robby) Robertson; great-nieces and nephews, Dr. Kaitlynn Small, Sgt. Colton Small, Kendra Small, Taylor Thomas, Airmen Tory Thomas, Trace Thomas, Haley Sexton, Zack, Dustin, and Cannon Sexton, Cameron, Kevin, Sara, and Sabrina Robertson; and great-great-niece Emily Rose. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David L. Keene, he died December 1, 2018, after 49 years of marriage; brother-in-law William Sexton.

Family and friends may call at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Father Chris Mileski will officiate the services with interment in Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Cemetery.
