Lori Bolinger Obituary

Lori Ann Bolinger, age 61, resident of Mt. Gilead died on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Marion General Hospital following an extended illness.

Born September 20, 1960, in Shelby, to Homer and Nancy (Corfman) Baldridge, she was a 1978 graduate of Plymouth High School.

Upon graduating high school, she furthered her career by receiving her master's degree in Biblical Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary. She was a member of the North Bend Church of The Brethren. A very talented woman, she raised and homeschooled all five of her children. Her biggest success came through in her writing. She had six self-published children's books along with one self-published adult mystery novel. She along with her husband owned and ran a business where they would create beautiful art, quilt designs and woodworking. She enjoyed gardening, growing flowers and had started an online Facebook site called Love University. In her memory, her husband plans to continue to grow her love for writing and teaching through the Facebook site.

She is survived by her Husband, Brian Bolinger who she married on August 15, 1987; mother, Nancy Baldridge of Shelby; children, Daniel Bolinger of Crestview Hills, KY, Benjamin Bolinger of Minneapolis, MN, Rachel (Connor) Lucas of Ft. Knox, KY and Peter Bolinger of Mt. Gilead; two brothers, Steven (Jill) Baldridge of Ashland, Jeffrey (Deborah) Baldridge of Galion, one sister, Lisa (Colonel Rick) Taylor of Kendallville, IN; aunt, Edna Baldridge of Shelby, and numerous nieces and nephews.
