Noah Scott Sheaffer, 24, resident of Shelby passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 surrounded by his loving family at his home.
Noah was born on January 28, 1998, in Shelby, to Scott and Susan (Bebow) Sheaffer, he has been a lifelong resident. Noah graduated from Shelby High School in 2016 where he was known as the "Shelby Whippets #1 Fan," for his love of athletics and his participation and support of the basketball program in particular. Noah proudly earned his varsity letter in basketball as well as the Sixth Man Award for his dedication to the team.
In addition to his love of Shelby athletics, he was also an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians and The Ohio State University Football and Basketball. Noah loved his family, he was adored by his nephews and spent a lot of time watching his little cousins sporting events. Noah touched many lives and will be fondly remembered for his warm presence by all that knew him.
In addition to his parents; Scott and Susan, Noah is survived by his maternal grandmother; Hazel Bebow of Shelby, paternal grandmother; Sandy Sheaffer of Tiro, siblings; Morgan (Brad) Schneider of Shelby, Emily Sheaffer of Shelby, uncles; Paul (Kimberly High ) Sheaffer of Shelby, David (Beth) Bebow of Norwalk, and Daniel (Lee) Bebow of Columbus, aunts, Kim (Karen Brause) Sheaffer of Lewes, DE, and Sandra (Matt) Cornett of Crestline, nephews; Gavin and Liam, best friend and loyal canine companion; Boris, and many other relatives, and Earth Angels.
Noah was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather; Larry Bebow, and paternal grandfather; William Sheaffer.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Noah with the family on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Core Community Church, 3319 OH-96, Shelby, OH 44875. A celebration of Noah's life will then begin at 6:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Ben Carver officiating. The Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory in Shelby is honored to assist the family with their arrangements.
