Robert W Hook, age 74, resident of Shelby Pointe passed away peacefully, Friday, May 12, 2023 with his JAG family by his side.

He was born April 23, 1949 in New Carlisle Ohio.

Robert enjoyed collecting coins and playing bingo. He was a sweet man and his contagious smile will be missed.

Services will not be observed.
