Sherri Lynn Baldridge

Sherri Lynn Baldridge, age 65, resident of Shelby, died on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Born August 29, 1956, to Chalmer and Betty (Gibson) Baldridge, she had been a Shelby resident the past three years. Sherri was a 1974 graduate of Plymouth High School and worked at Pepperidge farm for 32 years until her retirement in 2013. Known by many as "Grandma Sherri," she enjoyed sewing, reading, playing games on her computer and going to casinos. Most importantly, Grandma Sherri loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Sherri is survived by her daughter, Hope (Jim) Stephens of Shelby; granddaughters, Emilie and Makayla Stephens; brother, Jim (Maribeth) Baldridge of Crestline; sister, Beth (Mike) Dixon of Shelby; sister-in-law, Elise Baldridge of Mansfield; and nieces and nephews, Amy, Jacob (Kendra), Christy (Travis), Ashley (Mike), Brock, Mackenzi, Eden, Zeke, Mason and Carson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ken Baldridge; and a niece, Anndrea Beck.

Friends may call at the Barkdull Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00p.m.. A funeral service will take place after calling hours at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor James Robinson officiating. Interment follow the services at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
