Tom,
We are the couple from Pandora who spoke with you in December. Your dad was always pleasant and well-thought of and he was admired for his zest for life.

Your dad was such a special friend to our family. He worked with my dad (Fred Lovelace) for many years at the Mutual. I had the pleasure of getting to know Glenn when I dragged my husband to a ballroom dancing lesson at the Shelby Y! Glenn taught me to waltz! He will always be one of my favorite dancing partners! May God comfort you and your family during this difficult time.

To the Schroff Family: I am sorry to hear about Glenn's death. It seems that no matter how long a life an individual lives, it is still never easy to deal with their death. It is times like this that makes us look forward to the time when God will ensure that death will no longer afflict anyone on the earth (Isaiah 25:8).

Tom and family, your dad will be missed by many in the dance community. He was always nice to be around and he certainly enjoyed dancing with all his lady friends.

So very sorry to see of Glenn's passing. I worked with him at The Mutual & he was such a sweet guy. He always had a funny story. When my parents moved to Myrtle Drive he was there to let us know he was the mayor but didn't have any responsibilities! So funny. I will treasure the good memories.
